Quit French twice before. The difference this time is I stopped setting a finish line.

Both times I quit, it was the same trap: I picked a 'fluent by summer' date, fell behind my fantasy schedule, felt like a failure, bailed. This round I just do an hour of stuff I almost understand and call that the whole goal. Three weeks in and for the first time it doesn't feel like a chore I'm losing at. The goal really was the trap.
